Position Summary :
- Under the direction of the Purchasing Manager and / or Director of Materials Management, the Invoice Resolution Analyst primary responsibilities include : (i) analysis and reconciliation of Accrued Receipts and related adjustments on a monthly basis;
- ii) research and problem resolution to assist the Buyers in processing discrepant invoices; (iii) research and problem resolution regarding product receipts without Purchase Orders;
iv) invoice analysis and reconciliation regarding specified consolidation invoices; (v) assistance with business card and other specified external print orders.
Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St.
Luke’s mission and values.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements :
Education : High School Diploma or GED
