UCF Athletics at the University of Central Florida, an NCAA Division I institution and Big XII member (effective July 1, 2023), is seeking applications for Knights Hospitality staff.
As an integral member of the ChargeOn Fund team on game days and for special events, the Knights Hospitality staff provide customer service and logistics support in the premium seating sections on football gamedays in FBC Mortgage Stadium (UCF Football Stadium).

As ambassadors to premium seating guests, duties include providing exemplary customer service as liaisons between guests, catering staff, maintenance staff, custodial staff, and Athletics personnel.
Individual tasks may vary, but service will be a mix of event host, customer service, and donor relations. As such, selected candidates are expected to be actively engaged in all home football games.
Please note that Knights Hospitality staff who show examplary effort during football season may be offered the opportunity to work UCF basketball and baseball games, as well as additional events as appropriate.
Prefer previous customer service experience. Strong attention to detail, teamwork and communication / presentation (written / verbal) skills also preferred.
As a staff member of UCF Athletics, the selected candidate will be a person of integrity and character who shares a commitment for knowing and complying with NCAA, Conference, and institutional rules as they apply to the UCF Athletics program.
