This role is hybrid 2 to 3 days in-office*

Senior Account Executives are responsible for helping prospective customers discover solutions to their business challenges and educating them about Service Express products and services.

They are also responsible for the sales growth of the organization’s services and converting leads into customers.

OTE : $120-$180K with the ability to earn more with an uncapped commission structure

How Success Is Measured :

  • 3 hours of prospecting per day (100 dials)
  • 2 New Logos per month
  • Expected to attend 3 meetings minimum per day

What We Are Looking For From You :

  • Engage and focus on procuring new logo customers
  • Adhere and exhibit skills that embrace Service Express sales methodology to qualify new leads, overcoming prospect objections, and pricing / negotiating deals that are profitable to Service Express
  • Effectively run and execute meetings with new prospects and set meetings with prospects that hold and build pipeline
  • Source and generate new business, by prospecting and cold calling potential customers
  • Uncover prospects’ needs and position Service Express offerings to solve challenges
  • Develop and deliver customized prospect proposals based on needs analysis to prospective customers
  • Build and manage 12-month pipeline, consistently executing to drive results
