ADP is hiring a Director, Strategic Carrier Relations

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing against ADP Major Account's Benefit Carrier Integration partnership strategy while ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of service to Workforce Now Benefits clients with Carrier integrations.
You will make your mark by successfully driving strategic and transformational partnerships with key benefit carriers and brokers focused on API integration with ADP Workforce Now.
Your industry expertise and customer focus will be instrumental in driving the acquisition of new carrier partnerships and growing and retaining existing partnerships.
To thrive in this role, you will have proven experience working with benefit carriers, and / or brokers, and / or product development and Information Technology teams across Health & Welfare, Payroll Deduction Products (HSA, FSA), Medical, and / or Absence Management.
You are an expert in your field and leverage data to drive new opportunities for effective partnerships. You are passionate about delivering new and innovative solutions to the market that delight our carriers and mutual clients by enabling seamless integrations and digital experiences with ADP products and services.
