MarathonTS is seeking a Team Lead (Process Coordination) to manage a team of data entry contractors assisting U.S. Customs and Border Protection with administrative tasks related to the processing of non-citizens entering through ports of entry.
A successful candidate will have experience managing small to medium-sized teams and understand basic scheduling and time and attendance guidelines.
The Team Lead will be responsible for Process Coordination and Data Entry Contractors working 7 days a week and multiple shifts.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
The Site Lead shall manage and perform the following contractual requirements :
Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
Receive complaints and resolve problems.
Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.
Prepare and submit performance reports.
The Team Lead will report to the Program Manager and will serve as the liaison between CBP port leadership and Marathon TS / its partners.
BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Proficient computer skills : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Spanish proficiency preferred but not required
U.S. citizenship required
Ability to obtain a CBP Clearance
