Position Summary
Responsible for the development and implementation of data-driven strategic marketing to achieve growth objectives for strategic service lines.
Provides comprehensive support and assistance for day-to-day marketing activities, exercising independent judgment, creativity, accuracy and accountability.
Key Accountabilities
Develops marketing strategies and plans with measurable objectives in collaboration with business unit leaders and with support of marketing and communication colleagues;
scopes and analyzes project requirements; manages budgets and reporting. Works with internal and external resources to strategize on the most effective tactics to meet objectives and to insure the effective execution of the agreed upon tactics.
Develops a deep understanding of the referral markets and channels for major service lines and business units; develops expertise in the most effective marketing strategies and tactics to drive desired business outcomes.
Develops email nurture campaigns and digital patient acquisition campaigns. Develops implementation plans and schedules;
leads multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project objectives on schedule and on budget. Provides leadership in project and program planning.
Monitors and reports on key performance metrics for strategic marketing activities; adjustment strategies as needed to achieve goals.
Works collaboratively with marketing department colleagues, brand management, corporate communications team, web center, health & wellness outreach, administrative and clinical department staff.
Provides tracking of campaigns and reports on results. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, marketing communications or a related field.
- 5 years of progressive experience in marketing and / or brand management. Healthcare experience preferred.
Physical Demands
- Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance
- Category 2 : Job classification is not exposed to blood borne pathogens (blood or bodily fluids) while performing job duties
