Sales Support Specialist

Our growing company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to support our sales division where you will be the backbone support for our high-performance sales team! Candidates must be professional and excel in a fast-paced work environment while effectively multi-tasking and efficiently handling various priorities.

Responsibilities :
- Qualify and schedule appointments with clients to assist in the consultation of business services.
- Ability to take and make high volume phone calls.
- Utilize our CRM system for continued relationship management.
- Ability to consistently and accurately process data.
- Provide administrative support such as generating reports, analyzing data, and finding ways to improve our streamlined process.
- Assist with various projects as needed.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience with high volume phone calls
- Minimum of 6 months to a year in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced energetic work environment.
- Ability to work well with others and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in a variety of software systems including Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak English.
