to be part of our Land Development team in our

West Palm Beach, or Fort Lauderdale, FL office.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development of site plans from concept through construction

Modification of drawings based on input from Design Manager and Sr. Designers

Assist in meetings and preparation of graphics for presentations

Research and review of local land development regulations for design standards

Assistance in the design of plans using basic knowledge of water conveyance and retention, utility easements, parking, open space, access / egress points, vehicular circulation, landscape areas, etc.

Work under the direction of a Design Manager and guidance from Sr. Designers on the Site Planning Team

Works in a team environment to establish and maintain common schedule goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Engineering, Urban Design or equivalent from an accredited university;

0-3 years related experience with the ability to become licensed in the State of Florida

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to write reports, business correspondence and presentations.
