About the Role
The position is directly responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of all Cybersecurity projects and programs within HARMAN Digital.
This position combines project management with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and Cybersecurity.
Your Team
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Cybersecurity, you will work alongside other cybersecurity and technology leaders, architects, and engineers to ensure critical cyber projects are executed quickly and with a high degree of quality.
What You Will Do
- Manage the lifecycle of all cyber projects for HARMAN Digital
- Coordinate various activities based on Digital and Project goals and strategies
- Collaborate with team members in various areas within and outside of Digital to achieve project success
- Continuously review and improve project management process
- Establish milestones, swim lanes and strategies for assigned projects
- Provide regular reporting and presentations to Digital Leadership
- Plan and manage resources required for projects
What You Need
- Bachelor of Science in Information Systems or equivalent experience
- 15+ years professional Digital / IT experience
- 10+ experience in Project Management and team leadership
- 10+ years of Cybersecurity experience
- 8 years of experience in managing VIP support and services
- Proven leadership skills
- ITILv3 framework processes and activities certification

- Strong communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation
- Willingness to work in complex multi-national / multi-cultural environments
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority efforts; competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements
- Excellent inter-personal, inter-cultural and relationship management skills are essential for liaison with colleagues at all levels
