Job Title : Sr. Program Manager / Director
Location : Skillman, NJ (Can be remote predominantly with occasional visits to the office as needed)

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager / Director to lead our IT Infrastructure and Applications programs. This role involves managing complex projects, establishing strong governance frameworks, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IT infrastructure and applications, coupled with strong program management skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Governance and Compliance : Establish and maintain strong governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and organizational standards.
- Program and Project Management : Oversee the successful delivery of IT programs and projects, managing scope, timelines, and budgets, using PMP and Scrum methodologies.
- Agile Leadership : Apply Agile principles and Scrum practices to enhance project delivery and team collaboration.
- Team Leadership : Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Stakeholder Management : Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Risk and Issue Management : Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues to ensure program success.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience : + years of experience in IT infrastructure, applications management, and program management, with a focus on governance and compliance.
- Certifications : PMP, Scrum Master (CSM, PSM), or other relevant Agile certifications required.
- Technical Skills : Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud, data centers) and enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Governance Skills : Proven experience in setting up governance structures, managing compliance, and aligning IT initiatives with business strategies.
- Leadership Skills : Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large, cross-functional teams in a complex environment.
- Communication Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management Tools : Proficiency in project management tools (, MS Project, Jira, Confluence) and Agile tools (, Trello, Asana).
