Job Summary :
Porsche of Brooklyn is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Technician with a strong background in German car service to join our team.
As a Porsche Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on Porsche vehicles with the highest quality and attention to detail.
This is a full-time, individual contributor role located in Brooklyn, New York, with a salary range of $80,000 to $175,000 per year.

Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on Porsche vehicles
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately identify and troubleshoot problems
- Perform warranty repairs and recalls as directed by Porsche of Brooklyn and manufacturer's guidelines
- Keep up-to-date with latest technology and training to maintain expertise in Porsche vehicles
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate with service advisors and customers to explain repairs and provide recommendations for future maintenance
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in automotive technology preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a technician in a similar role, preferably with German car brands
- ASE certifications or Porsche specific training is a plus
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Must have own tools and possess a valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
and stand for extended periods of time
Willingness to work varying shifts and overtime as needed
