Your Location :
- Work from anywhere (US Based, Preference given to Richmond, CA proximity)
- Travel Required : Quarterly on-site (Richmond, CA) for leadership meetings
Your Compensation :

Your Responsibilities :
- Execution of Vision : Effectively partner with CEO to capture, synthesize and deliver
- Lead, Manage, Hold Accountable (LMA) : Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
- Business Plan and P&L Objectives : Understand, maintain, and execute.
- Issue Resolution : Capture then Identify, Discuss, Solve (IDS)
- Internal Initiatives : Oversight, Management, and Execution
- Key Processes : Develop, simplify, document, execute and drive adherence to
- Messaging : Cascade across and throughout DCA
- Core Values : Drive adherence at a management level and each team member
Special Skills Preferred :
- EOS / Traction : Knowledge and Experience with methods and practice of EOS
- Project Management : Experience in a Project centric environment

Experience :
- Chief Operating Officer (COO) : 5 years (Required)
- Traction / EOS : 3 years (Preferred)
- Team Leadership (Executive Level) : 5 years (Required)
