SUMMARYThe Training and Development Specialist will be responsible for creating and delivering an efficient new hire training program for associates as well as continuous learning programs, leadership training, compliance training, and skill development within The Savings Group organization.

You will collaborate with remote members on the team and internal subject matter experts. This position will deliver training both in person and remotely using learning management technology.

Additionally, the Training and Development Specialist will work on projects to ensure training and development resources are updated and accurate.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include achieving positive results in the following key areas : Design and deliver an exceptional classroom, online training, and e-learnings program for new hires and associates with creative visuals and effective graphic design principles.

Collaborate with business leaders to ensure training content is up-to-date with new product offerings and initiatives.Monitor, evaluate and report on training program’s effectiveness and success.

Iterate and enhance training programs based on trainee feedback, training trends, developments, and best practices.Build new hire trainee scorecards to ensure a smooth transition for business leaders.

Manage and update learning management system (LMS) and online knowledge base with content; track results and usage.Oversee all general administrative duties related to training schedules, enrollment, and coordination.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in training and development, human resources or related field, or equivalent experience required.

Experience : Required : ability to work with remote teamsMinimum of two (2) years experience creating and executing training and development programs;

preferred mid to advanced level facilitation and instructional designMastery of skills needed to facilitate, manage time, and manage classes up to 45 individualsPrevious experience in automotive finance, customer service, or call center training a bonusLanguage / Communication / Interpersonal : Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English.

Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiencesConvey complex procedural concepts and processes through effectively presented written materialPartner with an array of subject matter experts across multiple business areasAbility to adjust to changing priorities with optimismAnalytical : Ability to organize, schedule, prioritize projects, and work independentlyDetail orientedAble to navigate complexity and ambiguity;
