Manager, Recruiting Programs & Operations

About this role :

The Recruiting Programs & Operations Manager will lead and manage an operationally focused program specialist team that supports the Global TA organization.

This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition Leadership, TA Analytics, HRIS, HRIT and HR Ops to fully understand processes, recognize challenges, and develop recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities.

What you'll do :

  • Lead and develop a team of Program Specialists to identify and solve business problems focused on achieving TA goals and objectives.
  • Oversee Program Specialist team that collaborates with TA associates to translate business requirements into technical specifications with a focus on global consistency, driving efficiency for the end user, and creating a positive candidate experience.
  • Create and maintain systems-based processes that drive TA specific business results.
  • Participate in and / or project manage testing for TA system enhancements or process changes and lead change management efforts that may include facilitating training and communication.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to associates through onboarding, training, performance management, career development, and continuous feedback.
  • Leverage data to manage performance and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Drive innovation by continuously identifying areas of opportunity to enhance team performance.
  • Be the primary point of contact for escalation of AskHR Service Now tickets for specialists.
  • Ad Hoc projects as requested by leadership.

What you'll need :

  • 5+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
  • Bachelors' degree preferred, preferably in Human Resources
  • Proven ability to attract, lead, motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills, with proven ability to partner, influence and create trust-based, value-added relationships in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to model, influence and manage team to maintain rigor in process, compliance, systems, and operational expertise in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience with HR systems, particularly Workday and Beamery (CRM system) preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving, with a strong ability to analyze information, weigh options and take initiative to resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; with the ability to communicate concepts concisely and simply to executives and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, research, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to adapt to change and share best practices.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 92,000 USD - 130,500 USD.

Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.

In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.

Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
