Mechanical BIM Coordinator

A company is looking for a Mechanical BIM Coordinator to lead multidisciplinary modeling teams across complex engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor modelers, ensuring adherence to best practices and project standards

Proactively identify missing or conflicting information and manage RFIs and RFCs

Conduct in-depth Quality Control reviews and influence modeling strategies for effective collaboration

Required Qualifications

Excellent command of English, both spoken and written

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering

Over 5 years of experience using Revit and Navisworks for large-scale MEP projects

Skilled in QAQC with experience managing project budgets and teams of modelers

Strong understanding of project scope, requirements, and technical documentation
