job summary : Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

  • Answer phones and filter calls to staff or record detailed messages
  • Greet visitors and offer water / coffee
  • Pickup mail on a daily basis and ensure postage stamp machine is funded
  • Mail checks to brokers and keep track of payments
  • Generate sold business report for new business group accounts every month
  • Scan, file and maintain all client documents on server. Assure the server is kept organized, all documents are correctly named and filed in the correct folders
  • Download, file and send out group and individual renewals to applicable broker
  • Maintain agency and Roger Sr.’s state / local business and insurances licenses up to date on annual basis for all states including Florida, Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin
  • Maintain agency and Roger Sr. E&O filed on an annual basis
  • Organize server, clean up documents saved incorrectly, consolidate unnecessary files
  • Order office supplies in a timely manner on a weekly or monthly basis as needed
  • Maintain lunch room area clean and organized
  • Send calendar invites for all staff and requested client meetings
