- Receive guests and answer phones directing questions or problems to the appropriate individual.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Receive and distribute daily mail and deliveries and packages
- Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, rooms, and catering arrangements as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in the coordination of office events and gatherings.
- Ensure reception area and conference rooms are tidy and presentable.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
- Perform a variety of daily administrative plant duties as required by the plant manager, accounting (e.g. purchase orders, AP and Invoices.
