We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
  • Supervise HR staff and manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies such as FMLA.
  • Manage performance management processes to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
  • Utilize HR software systems to streamline HR functions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Ensure effective communication of HR policies and procedures across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role with a strong understanding of human capital management principles.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration and performance management processes.
  • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to FMLA and other labor standards.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
