What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or grievances and recommend appropriate actions
- Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks as needed
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in an HR role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
