Our company, an award-winning and GROWING marketing firm, is seeking an experienced freelance / contract recruiter to accelerate hiring by sourcing and screening qualified talent for open roles.
In this role, you will be responsible for discrete portions of our hiring process to help us hire A-level talent, faster.
How You Will Truly Make an Impact
- Apply your expertise and proven strategies to help us recruit top performers for open roles.
- Act as an extension of our team, working directly with key decision-makers to accelerate portions of the hiring process.
- For each open role :
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates
- Identify best-suited candidates (qualified to perform the position and aligned with our culture and values)
- Improve the quality of candidates we recruit through resume database searches and direct recruiting
- Conduct phone screens (following the A Method for hiring) to ensure candidates are qualified for Who interviews
- Conduct reference check calls to verify qualifications and validate information from Who interviews
Minimum Requirements :
1+ years as a recruiter (internal or 3
party), including experience with sourcing talent via job boards, social media sites, corporate alumni associations and networking
- Resume database searching
- Boolean Google searching
The Ideal Candidate Is Also :
- Familiar with the A Method for hiring
- An active listener (pays careful attention to both verbal and nonverbal cues; asks great follow-up questions)
- A tactful, yet empathetic, interviewer (asks hard questions in a professional manner; can put themselves in the candidate’s shoes)
