As a Marketing Program Management Specialist, you will be part of an experienced and dynamic team focused on the execution of all components defined within our marketing strategies.

You will work closely with Marketing Management to support Customer Experience, Product, Sales and much more!What you'll be doingSupporting an assigned body of work, the Program Management Specialist is responsible for setting up projects, resource planning, communications, managing changes to the project scope and partnering with various teams including Creative Services, Compliance, Legal, Marketing Management, Distribution and ProductEnsuring the timely creation and execution of digital content, campaigns, internal / external communications, and marketing collateral that support consistent enterprise core messaging and business line goalsPartnering across multiple teams to ensure marketing collateral and content is accurate, relevant, and consistent in terms of style, quality tone of voice, and which optimizes market awareness of Lincoln’s products and / or servicesEnsuring that complex WPS Marketing collateral complies with all applicable regulatory requirements in partnership with both Compliance and Legal teamsParticipating in various marketing audits across all content and collateralWhat we’re looking forMust-haves : 1-3+ years in marketing and / or project managementDemonstrates strong project management skills including the ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceNice-to-haves : Retirement Plan, Group Protection, or Financial Services industry experienceExperience with Workfront and Seismic platformsApplication DeadlineApplications for this position will be accepted through October 18th, 2024, subject to earlier closure due to applicant volumeWhat’s it like to work here?

Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.

The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.
