Beacon Hill's Golden Valley, MN based client is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for all social media platforms.
This role requires a creative thinker who can manage an online presence and serve as the company brand, connecting with the audience across various channels.
This role is in a hybrid format and a long-term contract opportunity.
Key Accountabilities
- Design and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals and brand values.
- Create and manage a content calendar to ensure engaging and authentic posts across platforms.
- Collaborate with the in-house team to execute and create compelling content.
- Publish daily content, including original text, photos, and videos, while leveraging current trends.
- Track social media performance, setting targets and adjusting strategies based on analytics.
- Propose and execute new initiatives to boost brand awareness, including promotions and collaborations.
- Build and manage a thriving online community on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Encourage user-generated content (UGC) and manage influencer partnerships.
- Conduct outreach to increase brand visibility beyond our owned channels.
- Optimize spending on social media promotions to support business objectives.
- Monitor competitor activity and make strategic recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in CPG marketing, specifically in organic social media and community management.
- Strong passion for social media marketing and community engagement.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Proficient in social media management platforms and performance analytics.
- Proven success in managing social media campaigns and analyzing content performance.
- Ability to lead discussions and present strategic recommendations.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media and food trends.
