The Invoicing and Expensing Assistant performs administrative tasks necessary to support Finance and Purchasing.
Responsibilities Will Include But are not limited to :
- Answering of phone and transferring of phone calls if necessary
- Invoicing of Service Orders to Clients via email and web portals
- Managing, Categorizing, and Uploading of expenses to Davisware daily
- Assisting with purchasing of supplies and parts as needed
- Other duties and responsibilities as directed by management
Qualifications
- General understanding and / or experience with Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with Davisware Global Edge is a plus
- Works well independently and with others.
- Strong adherence to deadlines.
- Good attendance and punctuality.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Very high-quality work standards
- Ability to multitask
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours : No less than 40 per week
