Role :

We are looking for a high energy, focused, and dynamic Customer Advocate team member to help us keep up with our ever-growing client and customer satisfaction.

This position will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls, placing orders in our order management system, responding to emails from customers and answering all wholesale related questions the customers may have.

This role will directly and daily interface with our team and is pivotal to our success with our customers. You will be the know it all of our company and have all the customer answers at your fingertips!

What you will be responsible for :

• Answering all inbound phone calls, emails and inquires, must be able to prioritize problems and provide responses to customers
• Responding and providing support to any wholesale customer account including responses to new customer accounts, assistance with account set-up
• Diligently following up with wholesale requests and placing orders for customer as needed
• Being the go to know it all for everything Vital Proteins and our products
• Familiarizing yourself and educating others about the Vital Proteins lifestyle and brand
• Maintaining and updating tracking and ordering systems with correct and accurate information
• Working with warehouse facility to confirm orders or stock levels as needed and communicating to the customer estimated delivery
• Maintaining long lasting relationships with wholesale customers

Who you are :

• You have a bachelors degree
• You are passionate about the health, fitness, and / or beauty markets
• You are organized and comfortable working with little over sight
• You have great listening and problem-solving skills, with a dose of humility
• You are able to stay calm under pressure and remain focused on the task at hand
• Comfortable in a fast paced quickly growing environment, no two days are the same!
• You have the ability to read, write and speak English.
