Lancaster Painting in Turlock, CA is actively seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service, network, and sell services to property owners.

This position can earn $130,000 at minimum goal with an opportunity to earn more! Base salary + commission. With over 35 years in business, we are the central valley's most trusted painting contractor! As an Outside Sales Representative, you can build out your territory supported by the best painting teams, and be a part of a tradition of successful sales! Lancaster Painting continues to grow and we are looking for a winning sales rep to grow our commercial business portfolio.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing client relationships while also bringing in new residential customers.
• Focus on generating new leads and developing your client base through follow-ups and referrals, making up about 15% of your sales.
• Provide personalized solutions during in-home consultations, including accurate estimates for our residential painting services.
• Deliver top-notch customer service with support from our dedicated sales team.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous Home Improvement sales experience required, but our world class training will support you to win every day!
• Valid driver's license and great driving record.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills.
