Certification as a Medical Staff Recruiter preferred. Experience Requirements Three (3) to five (5) years successful physician recruitment experience required.
Minimum of three (3) years experience in health care industry, Minimum of two (2) years physician credentialing experience required.
Minimum of two (2) years experience in management or supervision, required. Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills required.
Solid negotiation capabilities preferred. Previous experience using computerized system for information storage and retrieval required.
Experience with word processing and clinic software system helpful, but not required. Special Skills or Training Requirements None
