Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and Mentor : Oversee the IT administration team, providing mentorship and training to enhance team performance and efficiency.
- Systems Administration : Manage key IT functions for Windows domain, VMware vCenter, Linux, MS Exchange Server, and more.
- IT Security Management : Implement and manage security products, ensuring robust protection against threats and vulnerabilities.
What We’re Looking For :
- Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience : A minimum of 7 years in Windows Domain management, with expertise in Active Directory, group policy, Windows Server, and related technologies.
- Technical Skills : Advanced troubleshooting capabilities, IT security management skills, and familiarity with AWS Cloud and Cisco UCS environments are preferred.
- Certifications : Relevant Microsoft and Cisco certifications, along with CISSP, are highly valued.
- Bilingual Proficiency : Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese are a must.
- Banking Experience : Prior experience in the banking industry
