Superintendent position with leading contractor in the Western U.S., specializing in water and wastewater infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Provide input and develop various project plans, RFIs & submittals
- Prepare weekly manpower and equipment plans
- Create rolling 3 week look ahead schedules
- Give direction to field crews
- Manage field labor
- Resolve technical and contractual field issues
- Ensure project is completed on time and under budget
- Maintain record contract drawings and specifications
- Coordinate schedule with subcontractors
- Training and developing Project Engineers
- Assist with project closeout and commissioning
Qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience in Water / Wastewater Construction
- Field management experience
- OSHA 30
