Position : Quality Control Administrator (NOT REMOTE)
Location : San Antonio, TX
Pay : $22 / hr
Duration : 3 months with a high probability of extension (contract; full time)
Our client in San Antonio is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Administrator to join their team. This role is crucial for maintaining the highest standards of quality, ensuring all controlled documents are up-to-date and accessible, and contributing significantly to the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure all controlled Quality documents are maintained to the latest ISO issue and are accessible on the company portal.
- Manage various quality documents including Nonconformance Reports, Drawings, QCP, NDT, Third-Party Certificates, and Internal Reports.
- Utilize ERP systems and export spreadsheets from an Oracle-based application for key document generation.
- Prepare quality-related documents for both internal and external reviews according to established procedures.
- Establish and maintain a rigorous document review plan on a cadence cycle not exceeding a 36-month cycle.
- Control and maintain systems for the issuance, recording / filing, tracking, and retrieval of documents like procedures, QA / QC records, specifications, drawings, and related documents.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in quality control administration, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Proficient in ERP systems, particularly Oracle-based applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
