It is theprimary function of the TOGO / delivery specialist to ensure a flawless executionof all TOGO / delivery and curbside orders from all platforms.

This includes butis not limited to RRT, DoorDash, UberEats, GrubHub and Postmates.

JobResponsibilities

• Accurately take any incoming togoorders via phone or walk-in and receive payment.
• Monitor Ordermark tablet for allincoming orders.
• Input orders into Aloha to ensure theyare prepared according to pickup time noted in Ordermark, RRT, and / or quoted tothe guest.
• The TOGO / delivery specialist isresponsible for complete menu knowledge. All items should be able to beidentified, along with accompaniments and any allergen information.

Allassigned modules in TOGU are to be completed with 100% accuracy.

• Ensure TOGO / delivery station isstocked with utensils, sauce packets, chopsticks, bags & marketingmaterials at the beginning and end of service.
• Communicate with management whensupplies are getting low.
• The TOGO / delivery specialist isresponsible for following all protocols in the TOGO / delivery SOP.
• Audit delivery service platforms foraccurate menu’s, delivery times and relevant information daily. Ifdiscrepancies are found, communicate immediately to GM and Director.
• Develop new business by executingoutreach and marketing efforts within a 5 mile radius of the restaurant. Thisincludes but is not limited to nearby hotels, concierge, sales teams etc.
• Ensure 100% guest satisfaction on alltake out, curbside and delivery orders by scoring 90% or higher on all secretshoppers.
• Enhance overall guest experience byproviding wow moments such as call back the next day to check on satisfactionor incorporating a handwritten thank you card with large orders

QUALIFICATIONS / PRIMARYJOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience inrestaurant operations
• Enthusiastic, organized andresponsible
• Experience and willingness to learn andteach others
• Pleasant demeanor and phone voicepresence to call perspective clients
• Be able to multitask and able toremain calm in the face of adversity
• Must be very well organized
• Demonstrate communication andinterpersonal skills
• Demonstrate ability to present apositive public image
