We are currently searching for a full time Expo who will function as the connection between the FOH and BOH. The Expo makes sure that each dish is made accurately, all tickets are properly executed and helps the kitchen stay organized and keep ticket times to a minimum.
The ideal candidate is well organized, empathetic, passionate and curious. Our dining room and kitchen are places of creativity, mutual respect, mentorship and encouragement.
All members of the FOH team are hired as Expo, after mastering the position the EXPO is available for promotion to server or bartender.
Tipped minimum wage of $15.27 plus tips for an average of $30-40++an hour. Expo is also included in the FOH tip pool.

Consultants Allison Anderson and Chef Duncan Holmes are guiding the creative vision to ensure a special experience. Chef Anna Asplaugh will lead the kitchen as the Chef de Cuisine - managing all BOH operation and building a team of passionate culinary professionals.
