Marketing Specialist

We are growing quickly and are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Design Specialist to help elevate and expand our brand presence.

We are looking for a Marketing Design Specialist to serve as the steward of the Berwyn brand, managing all visual and digital marketing assets across multiple platforms. This role combines creative design expertise with hands-on technical skills in WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic HTML. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to translate business objectives into compelling marketing materials.

Responsibilities :

• Brand Management : Maintain and evolve the Berwyn brand identity across all digital and print materials, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and visual presentation.
• Collateral Design : Create engaging marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, trade show graphics, infographics, one-pagers, and digital assets.
• Website Management : Update and maintain the company's WordPress website, ensuring design consistency, usability, and functionality; basic HTML knowledge preferred for customization.
• Social Media : Design and manage creative content for Berwyn's and other digital channels, aligning with brand strategy and campaign goals.
• Email & Campaign Support : Collaborate with the marketing team to design visuals and templates for campaigns, events, and communications.
• Vendor Coordination : Work with printers, designers, and other external partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing assets.
• Cross Department Collaboration : Partner with sales, product, and leadership teams to develop materials that support company initiatives and client engagement.

The base pay range for this role is $59,000 – $72,000. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.

We give priority to candidates residing in states where we have offices : Minnesota, Iowa, Maryland, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and South Dakota.

We will only consider applicants who live in these states : CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, KY, MA, MD, MN, NE, NJ, OH, PA, SC, SD, TX, VA, and WI. Applicants outside of these states will not be considered for this position.
