Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary - Vaco is working with a well-known Manufacturing Company in Philadelphia, PA. This position reports to the HR Manager and will be working closely with Sales Management to carry out HR processes from recruiting / onboarding, compliance, and law.
Duties -
- Policy implementation
- Recruiting / Onboarding
- Conducting phone interviews
- Coordinates post-offer pre-employment physicals and drug screens
- New hire orientation
- Verifies I-9 documentation
- Employee compliance processing
- Employee training
- Handles employee relations counseling
Experience / Education :
- in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of Human Resources and Recruiting experience
- Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
- Past experience with an HRIS system
- Safety knowledge in a manufacturing environment is preferred
