HCM Programmer Analyst
Our client is looking for a HCMProgrammer Analyst
Title : HCM Programmer Analyst
Location : San Bernardino
Type : Contract Onsite
The candidate willparticipate in systems analysis application architecture systemsdesign and development database design and applicationsprogramming.
The position requires experience with PeopleSoft suiteof development products (Application Designer SQR ApplicationEngine SQL etc.
and familiarity with all phases of the SDLC. Thecandidate will analyze and resolve production system problems andmonitor production systems to ensure correct and efficientoperation.
Candidates should possess excellent problem solvingorganizational and communication skills and keep abreast withemerging technologies.
Skills andQualifications
1.Proficient with PeopleSoft development suite Application DesignerSQR
Application Engine AWE Query etc.
2.Advanced PeopleCode experience.
3. Experience with COBOLApplication Packages Component Interface Fluid
Development HTML5 and CSS.
4. Experience selectivelyadopting bug fixes and new features from PUM Images.
5.Experience reducing customizations by use of Event Mapping and DropZones.
6. Advanced SQL experience on an Oracledatabase.
7. Strong understanding of SDLC.
8.Familiar with various design architectural patterns and HCMframeworks.
9. Ability to write clean readable modularscalable and easily maintainable code
with propertechnical documentation.
10. Understanding of codeversioning tools.
11. Troubleshooting analytical skillsand excellent communication skills.
Experience andEducation :
Information Management Computer Science orany closely related field with at least 5
years workingexperience using HCM PeopleSoft JavaScript libraries SQL andSQR.
An equivalent combination of experience educationand training will be considered.
