Position Title : PeopleSoft HCMProgrammer Analyst

Location : 100% OnSite role ( San Bernardino CA 92415) Needlocal candidate

Duration : 12plus months contract with possible extension

ABOUT THE ROLE :

• Proficient with PeopleSoftdevelopment suite Application Designer SQR Application Engine AWEQuery etc.
• Advanced PeopleCodeexperience.
• Expert knowledge of PeopleSoftonboarding processes.
• Experience with COBOLApplication Packages Component Interface Fluid Development HTML5and CSS.
• Experience integrating 3rd partyrecruiting systems into a PeopleSoft environment

Responsibilities

• Designing implementing and testing HCMapplication involving new features and functionality fromfunctional requirements.
• Maintenance supportdesign development and implementation of HCMapplication.
• Developing and maintainingapplications and modules related to employee onboarding

• Databasedesign in Oracle SQL and formulating advanced SQLqueries
• Developing new and maintainingexisting Database ETL processes and reports.

• Strong time management and multitasking skills; abilityto handle changes in business requirements and set prioritiesacross multiple projects.

Skills andQualifications

• Proficient with PeopleSoft development suite ApplicationDesigner SQR Application Engine AWE Query etc.
• Expert knowledge of PeopleSoft onboardingprocesses.
• Advanced PeopleCodeexperience.
• Experience with COBOL ApplicationPackages Component Interface Fluid Development HTML5 andCSS.
• Experience selectively adopting bug fixesand new features from PUM Images.
• Experiencereducing customizations by use of Event Mapping and DropZones.
• Advanced SQL experience on an Oracledatabase.
• Strong understanding ofSDLC.
• Familiar with various designarchitectural patterns and HCM frameworks.
• Ability to write clean readable modular scalable andeasily maintainable code with proper technicaldocumentation.
• Understanding of codeversioning tools.
• Troubleshooting analyticalskills and excellent communication skills.
• Experience integrating 3rd party recruiting systems intoa PeopleSoft environment

Experience andEducation :

Information ManagementComputer Science or any closely related field with at least 5 yearsworking experience using HCM PeopleSoft JavaScript Libraries SQLand SQR.

An equivalent combination of experience education andtraining will be considered.
