Job Title : Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Overview :
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Hayward, CA. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing essential support to our supply chain, production teams, and suppliers.
This role requires a proactive self-starter who can efficiently manage multiple tasks while adapting to the ever-changing demands of the supply chain landscape.
Key Responsibilities :
Shipping & Receiving :
- Handle GMP product shipments in accordance with established protocols, including both domestic and international shipments.
- Manage shipments ranging from small packages to palletized goods.
Inventory Management :
- Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor materials for expiration, excess, and obsolescence, and take necessary actions.
- Process requests for scrap and destruction of materials.
- Replenish inventory levels to support engineering and manufacturing needs.
- Generate purchase order requisitions using Oracle.
Production Control & Work Order Management :
- Create and track work orders to support manufacturing and development projects.
- Fulfill material requests from manufacturing and engineering teams.
Audit Support :
Assist in preparing for on-site audits related to warehouse and logistics operations.
Documentation & Compliance :
- Adhere to Good Documentation Practices in all tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for assigned SOPs.
- Collaborate with the Quality department on various projects as needed.
Logistics Coordination :
- Coordinate shipments with freight carriers.
- Maintain organized filing systems and generate reports on logistics activities as required.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including electric and manual pallet jacks, and use ladders as needed.
Qualifications : Experience :
Experience :
2-3 years of experience in a supply chain, warehouse, or logistics role within a medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Skills :
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively in a team.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
