PPC & SEO Specialist - Search Engine Marketing

Open Air Brands, LLC is the U.S. distributor of Fenix® brand lighting products including flashlights, headlamps, lanterns, and bike lights.

We sell directly to consumers through our website at FenixLighting.com and to retailers such as REI, Scheels, Grainger, and Sportsman’s Warehouse.

From our corporate offices in Littleton, CO, we operate a small team of marketers, customer service agents, and sales experts to provide the best shopping experience for our customers.

Fenix Lighting is seeking an experienced SEM marketer to help drive us to the next level. In this position, you will take ownership of our PPC and SEO channels with the support of our small but growing digital marketing team.

You will be responsible for everything from strategic planning, to execution, to reporting and analyzing results.

While you will be working closely with management to understand and develop our current SEM channels, we are seeking a specialist who can bring their own expertise in PPC and SEO to the table.

Prior eCommerce experience is also strongly desired.

Core Responsibilities :

• Develop and take ownership of our SEO and Pay Per Click marketing efforts
• Gain an understanding of our current strategies, identify areas for improvement, execute your plans, and ultimately be able to show positive growth as a result of your work
• Have enough experience with SEO and PPC marketing to bring an outside perspective to our already effective marketing efforts
• Be able to collaborate with our content writer and designer to roll out SEO & PPC initiatives, including but not limited to selecting SEO keywords to be implemented in copywriting, optimizing existing website pages, requesting graphics for ad campaigns, building off-site SEO, collaborating on ad copy, and understanding how your work intertwines with the company at large
• Stay informed on changes and new opportunities in the SEM landscape
• Track and analyze performance data in order to refine your strategy
• Function as a core member of a small but growing marketing department

Desired Skills & Traits :

• 3+ years of PPC / Google Ads experience
• 2+ years of SEO experience
• Comfortable managing large ad spend budgets
• A passion for strategic planning and driving results
• Ability to track and analyze attribution data
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail in all work
• Be a self-driven and reliable team player with the ability to think outside of the box
• Work well both independently and as part of a team
• Experience with eCommerce or outdoor products is a big plus!

This Full-Time Position Includes :

• Compensation based on experience in the range of $65,000-$75,000 per year
