Overview
Join Atlas Copco as Aftermarket Contracts Administrator in Houston, TX. You will draft, negotiate, and implement purchase agreements to support the aftermarket business for engineered-to-order centrifugal compressors. Collaborate with the Gas and Process aftermarket team to ensure contracts are compliant and beneficial to long-term goals.
Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate terms and conditions of contracts.
- Manage various agreements including :
Master Service and / or Parts Agreements
Maintenance PlansPurchase OrdersContractor AgreementsVendor AgreementsCollaborate with legal counsel, insurance, Health & Safety, Human Resources, and other departments.Operate out of our Service Center North America facility in Houston, Texas.Qualifications
Minimum of three years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and implementing purchase agreementsStrong understanding of contract law and compliance requirementsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsBenefits
