Key Responsibilities :

• Greet visitors and students upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Respond to phone calls and emails, providing detailed information about programs, services, and appointments.
• Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling for beauty services and university tours.
• Keep accurate records of guest interactions and manage appointment details.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback efficiently and courteously.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $14.00 and $15.00 / hr.
