Description
- Providing quality support to the Operations team, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading quality improvement projects.
- Analyzing data to drive continuous improvement and optimize processes.
- Supporting new product development by identifying quality improvements and implementing solutions.
- Managing the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 : 2015) as the process owner.
- Leading root cause analysis, corrective action efforts, and resolving quality issues.
- Overseeing non-conforming material control and managing the customer complaint process.
- Conducting audits to ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Preferred technical background in quality management.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Proficient in ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems; additional quality system experience is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with all organizational levels and departments.
