JOB DESCRIPTION

The Talent Management team is accountable for designing, developing, and implementing approaches that reward, motivate, and inspire high performance and engagement from all HelloFresh employees.

As a manager on the Talent Management team, you will run end-to-end talent and performance management approaches, proactively develop your knowledge of the talent space, and demonstrate subject matter expertise.

You will build your knowledge of company business objectives, processes, technologies, and operations through collaboration with functional and cross-functional team members and will play a pivotal role in driving strategic talent decisions such as : identifying high-potential employees, recognizing high performance, facilitating calibration, challenging and driving diversity and inclusion, and supporting internal mobility.

What You'll Do

Please contribute to our overall approach and strategy for performance management and talent management; providing thought-leadership and examples of internal and external data and best practices;

evaluating current trends, innovations and competitor approaches, and making recommendations aligned to our performance and talent philosophies.

  • Liaise 1-1 with field and HR leaders to advise on Talent and performance processes, manage stakeholder expectations appropriately, keep assigned projects and work streams on schedule and within scope
  • Build solid relationships with each of your functional leaders, serving as the strategic partner for our distribution center leaders and HRBPs
  • Plan and execute cycle-driven talent and performance actions such as year-end planning, goal-setting guidance, compensation / bonus guidance tied to performance, succession planning and talent reviews.
  • Manage confidential and complex data analytics, from various sources such as data from Domo, Google Sheets, and other tools to produce enterprise and business unit specific analytics, help identify insights and areas to elevate or further review based on the data (e.

g. diversity, talent risks and gaps etc).

  • Prepare presentation-ready documents to enable meaningful and discussions with HR and Field leadership
  • Be a role model leader and an advocate of change, building organizational trust and promoting a positive workplace culture, partnering and communicating with leadership on trends.

You'll Bring...

  • A Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of related experience or 5-7 years of relevant experience without a BA, preferably in a distribution center or field environment
  • Experience analyzing data to gather insights and use them to make recommendations
  • Extraordinary organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to raise issues and risks as they arise and work through regularly changing expectations
  • Passion for embedding D&I in all we do
  • Results-oriented perspective with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across functions
  • A collaborative leadership style with experience presenting to and interacting with business leaders and HR Partners able to build strong relationships, manage difficult stakeholders and conflicting views, and gain buy-in
