Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of foundry environments.
- Experience with leadership and people management.
- Experience with building incentive-based rates for production.
- Experience with labor management systems.
- Experience with project management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good math and measurement skills.
- Independent and self-motivated.
- Great problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory skills, including training, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
- Thorough knowledge of company health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Extensive knowledge of production processes and equipment.
- Ability to lead change management initiatives.
- Minimum of 7 years of plant management experience.
