General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
An Investment Manager is looking to bring on a General Counsel & Corporate Secretary to work directly with the firm's founders on all legal matters across the business.
This firm is a portfolio company of a Global Public Company and alone manages over $700 million in assets. This individual will sit out of the Stamford, CT office and will be responsible for day to day contracts, as well as working directly with the investment team to support the firm's quick growth.
Qualifications :
- JD, top law school
- At least 5 years of experience
- Experience in complex transactions and projects
- Secured lending experience a plus
- Ability to adapt to a new role and handle all legal matters daily
