WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

The Director of Office Operations will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Wasserman Live office based out of Harrisburg, NC.

This includes managing budgets and expenses, overseeing office activities and events, and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and productivity of the office.

  • Oversee day to day operations to ensure the office is clean, organized, and welcoming to all staff and guest.
  • Create and implement strategies to motivate employees and increase productivity in the office .
  • Manage office budget and financial tracking of all office activities, catering, renovations, and other approved projects.
  • Assist executive team with planning live quarterly business updates and send follow up communications.
  • Contribute to group strategy meetings and follow up with action items needed.
  • Process charity requests and manage deliverables for approved activities.
  • Manage company owned assets for distribution to clients and staff.
  • Collaborate with the greater Wasserman team to research and implement education opportunities for staff.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for executives : Plan logistics, confirm itineraries, and submit expense reports (as needed)
  • Support office CEO in organizing coffee chats, tracking open positions, and managing employee recognition initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
  • Responsible for planning office offsites and leadership retreats. This includes managing all event operations and partnering with vendors.
  • Partner with vendors to maintain the upkeep of the campus landscape including building signs and grounds keeping.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal departments and external vendors.
  • Supervise and lead direct reports to ensure proper training, support, and direction is provided. Perform check-ins and performance evaluations when necessary.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years of experience in administrative support functions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership and creative thinking skills.
  • Consistently and proactively suggests and introduces new ways of working to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to be highly adaptable and agile in a fast-paced environment.
