SUMMARY
The front desk Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide directions and information to customers, visitors, and other guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greets customers, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
Assist guests with the sign in process.
- Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff and schedules appointments as necessary.
- Assist with employee events, such as Company Picnic, Holiday Party, monthly engagement activities, etc.
- Assist with employee surveys and compile results.
- Provide assistance with recruitment and interview processes. Tracks status of candidates in ADP applicant tracking.
- Prepares correspondence as requested.
- Assists with the preparation of new-employee onboarding and benefit enrollment information.
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
- Performs other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills are a must.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel is a must.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
COMPENSATION : $23-$24 / hr.
