Marketing Coordinator
Description : SpareBox Storage is growing its team and is seeking an outstanding individual to join us as our Marketing Coordinator!
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for strategic planning and implementation of the full SpareBox marketing platform.
This includes digital marketing via the SpareBox website, Google My Business profiles, and third-party aggregators, as well as traditional marketing campaigns.
This role requires knowledge and experience with digital marketing analytics. This role reports to the Vice President of Revenue Management & Marketing.
Key Responsibilities : Track performance of SpareBox website, Google My Business profiles, and presence on 3rd party aggregator websites.
Research keywords and contribute to the keyword strategy for SEO purposes.Write marketing copy, blogs, improve organic search rankings.
Analyze and untangle digital marketing data, reduce customer acquisition cost and optimize marketing spend.Develop, maintain, and improve website and social media presence.
Manage Google My Business listings via Yext.Respond to Google My Business customer reviews.Onboard new self-storage acquisitions to existing marketing platformsAssist in broader digital marketing strategies.
Be a customer advocate in curating the best possible online customer experience.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field and 1-3 years of digital marketing experienceExcellent familiarity with Google AdsExperience with Google Analytics and Google Search ConsoleExperience with Sparefoot, Ahrefs, or Yext preferred.
Experience analyzing datasets in Excel.Excellent written and oral communication skillsHighly organized, self-motivating, and detail-orientedExcellent understanding of SEO and keywordsA desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a quickly growing organization.
