ProCare Therapy is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1 : 1 support for a female student with a tracheostomy in Parkrose, OR.
The student is ambulatory with weak verbal communication and aggressive behavioral issues. This position requires solid mental health skills and experience with tracheostomy care.

- Location : Parkrose, OR
- Position : RN / LPN
- Schedule :
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday : 8 hours / day
- Wednesday : 7 hours / day
- Caseload : 1 : 1 with a female student with a trach, ambulatory, with behavioral issues
