Help Desk duties :
- Provide coverage for all calls and emails from end users to help desk
- Hardware & related systems troubleshooting
- Resolving network, PC & peripheral hardware problems
- Inventory new equipment using asset management system
- Assist with installation of peripheral equipment where directed
Help Desk Requirements :
- Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or related field OR equivalent work experience preferred.
- Previous Help Desk experience preferred!
- Terrific customer service aptitude
- Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills
- Organized with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Windows 10 Operating System
