THE BIG TASK

The role of Front Desk Receptionist is the first contact with walk-in customers, vendors and employees. The daily tasks are varied in completion of the many responsibilities.

The person fulfilling this role should be self-directed and able to keep track of multiple simultaneous tasks, requests and deadlines.

The goal of this position is to maintain a positive working relationship with employees, vendor, and clients, while promoting the core values.

KEY SUB TASKS

• Promote our brand through adherence to MAX Service Group Core Values.
• Greet internal and external clients with a smile and assist them as needed.
• Ordering of supplies, including but not limited to :
• Uniforms; Office Supplies; Stamps; Toner / Ink; Job Folders; Job Signs;
• All forms, stickers, certificates, letterhead, sales folders, business cards, etc.
• Filter and counter sales to clients
• Assist in maintaining conference room calendars.
• Assist organizational leaders as and where needed.
• Assist marketing department with various administrative tasks.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Ability to work a consistent schedule (ex 7 : 30 4 : 30; 8 5).
• Detail oriented, good time management skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Prior or Related experience.
