Assignment Details :
- Schedule : Monday to Friday, 12-hour shifts (7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM)
- Commitment : Providers must commit to 3-4 shifts per month
- Weekends / Holidays : None
Responsibilities :
- Primary Role : Pediatric Anesthesia in Operating Room / Procedural areas with General Anesthesia (GA)
- Supervision : Required to supervise CRNAs
- Patient Population : Neonates and complex pediatric patients (ASA 3 & 4)
- Procedures : ENT, Gastroenterology, Urology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Dental, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology
Practice Setting :
- Coverage Type : Scheduled Clinic Hours Only
- EMR System : Cerner
- Support Staff : Yes
Qualifications :
- Specialty : Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
- Board Certification : Required
- Experience :
- Prior and current pediatric anesthesia experience is mandatory
- Must be competent and comfortable caring for neonates and complex patients
- Licensure : Active MI license required
- Temporary Privileges : Available
